ATTENTION STUDENTS:
New accounts that were enrolled as of July 25 had been activated. You may now log-in to Myportal.

For new students, you will receive your MyPortal login credentials from
the registrar's office in the enrollment confirmation email. Your login credentials will be emailed to the address you used during the registration. Please check the Spam folder if you do not find it in the Inbox.
Your username and password will be activated within two weeks after the last day of enrollment.

For First Semester AY 2017-2018 – activation of new account is on July 24-August 4, 2017

For 1st Trimester AY 2017-2018 - activation of new account is on August 7-August 18, 2017


Continuing students with MyPortal account created after April 1, 2012 may continue to use the same account to access the course sites.

Registration schedule for the 1st Semester and 1st Trimester AY 2017-2018

1st Semester AY 2017-2018 - July 10-21, 2017 (Graduate Programs)

1st Trimester AY 2017-2018 - July 17-28, 2017 (Undergraduate, PTC and GCDE/MDE Programs)

 

New and continuing students eligible to
enroll are advised to enroll within the prescribed period of
registration and complete their payment on or before the last day
of enrollment (Philippine Time). 

BEFORE ENROLLING,
please make sure to enroll the courses found in your plan of study or
those advised by your Program Chair. If you still don't know what
courses to enroll, you may see the list of courses scheduled for your batch posted at the OUR Microsite, or refer to your plan of study posted in your respective Faculty websites . You may also contact your Program Chair if you need further academic advising.

If you have further inquiries related to enrollment procedure and access to the online registration system, please read the FAQ about online registration or email registration@upou.edu.ph .

Online course sites can be accessed through UPOU MyPortal (http://myportal.upou.edu.ph).

For new students, you will receive your MyPortal login credentials from the registrar office in the enrollment confirmation email. Your course site(s) will be accessible during the first week of the class in the following dates:

First Semester AY 2017-2018 - August 5 to 13, 2017

1st Trimester AY 2017-2018 - August 19 to 27, 2017

Please be aware that some "hidden" course sites are sending out email announcements. When you click on the link to those course sites you will still not be able to access the site. There is no error, just please wait for the course site to open in the first week of classes.

For assistance in accessing your course site or if you have questions about MyPortal, you may report the matter by email to myportal@upou.edu.ph.

To facilitate assistance please provide the following:

  1. descriptive subject title: Example would be "Request for MyPortal log-in credentials" (or for continuing students, "Request for MyPortal password reset")
  2. full name
  3. student number
  4. registered email address (if you are using @yahoo.com check if it is yahoo.com.ph or some other yahoo country instead)
  5. a description of the problem(s) you are encountering with MyPortal
  6. list of courses enrolled in

Check your email regularly. Related announcements are also posted at the login page of MyPortal.

*MyPortal usernames and passwords are different from your Student Portal and UP/UPOU webmail/email log-in credentials.

Do NOT try to use your ORS Student Portal username and password in MyPortal, it will just result in invalid username and password.

Do NOT try to use your UP or UPOU webmail/email username and password in MyPortal, it will also result in invalid username and password.

*Please note that we DO NOT administer or provide technical support to the Student Portal, we can only help you with MyPortal.

*Please check your Spam box if the email with the log-in credentials had arrived there instead of the Inbox. Also check your other email addresses.
